Diversity among faculty, students, and staff is a key factor that promotes a thriving academic community where different perspectives are valued and respected. Georgia Tech remains a national leader in producing a diverse population of engineers and the College of Engineering’s Center for Engineering Education and Diversity (CEED) is a key component of that effort.
CEED proudly collaborates with other Georgia Tech offices and student organizations as well as alumni, national organizations, corporations, the K-12 community, and other universities to create and support a diversified engineering workforce.
Annually, our programs impact over 3,000 potential GT students as well as over 36% of the College of Engineering student enrollment (undergraduate and graduate). Our reach extends to students across the institute, enabling us to have an impact on over 40% of all Georgia Tech students.
