Admission Requirements

In order to be considered for admission to the College of Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology as a Dual Degree or REPP transfer student, students must attend a participating dual degree institution, meet the admissions requirements for their engineering major, and meet the Georgia Tech GPA requirements.

The following chart lists GT requirements for students transferring via the Regents' Engineering Pathways Program (REPP), or the Dual Degree Program.

Regular transfer (non dual-degree/REPP) admission requirements can be found at the GT Admissions website.

O Chem1310 or Chem 1211k and Chem 1212k will meet the requirement.

X* Courses may be taken at Georgia Tech, however, it is recommended that they are completed prior to transferring to Tech for these majors.

* Science electives may be selected from Chemistry, Biology, Physics, EAS, or other courses approved by the engineering school.

**Linear and Discrete Math is required for ISyE majors (these courses may be taken at Georgia Tech).

Note: * C++ and Java courses will meet the Computer Science requirement for admission; however certain majors will require CS 1371 for the degree  program. Also, GT will award science elective credit and Chem 1310 for courses that have been deamed equivalent for the Chem 1211 and 1212 sequence as noted on the GT Equivalency Table.
